An auto-responder is a predefined email message, which can be sent automatically as a reply to every e-mail received inside a mailbox with this feature enabled. The two most typical instances for using this feature are automatic email messages that one is briefly out of the office or that an order has been received successfully. An auto-responder may also be used as a standard confirmation that the email is received successfully, which is often something very important in business correspondence. The message that is delivered can contain pretty much anything and could be altered depending on the situations and exactly what the auto-responder will be employed for. As the option is enabled server-side, there isn’t anything you have to do by hand and you don't need an email application to be active constantly for the automatic reply to be sent to the individual sending you an email.
Auto-responder Emails in Cloud Hosting
Configuring an auto-responder message will take you just a few clicks if you work with a Linux cloud plan with our company. This can be done through the Emails part of our in-house developed Hepsia Control Panel where you can view all of your email addresses available in alphabetical order. You can select an email and click the auto-responder button or simply right-click and pick the feature in the context menu which will show up. All you have to do is to type in the content that you'll want to be sent as an automatic reply and save the modification. You can type in any text you would like and editing or disabling the auto-responder function is just as simple. In the same section of the Control Panel you can keep track of which accounts have the option active and which don't.
